RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to offer a full refund of the cost of the product.

Returned products must be new, unworn and with tags in tact to be eligible for a refund.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@glensfallsliving.com. Please include your order number and an explanation or reason for your return or exchange. If you’d like to exchange your item, let us know the size you’d like to exchange for.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.

If you’re returning an item, we will refund your order as soon as we receive the returned item. The refund will be processed to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship out your requested item once we receive your return package.
